About the role
We are looking for a rockstar who will be the face of our growing brand and work directly with our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer. This product ambassador internship will be the one for you if you are a self-motivated and creative student looking to develop your people skills!
You will learn how to connect students at your school to exclusive internship and career opportunities and spread the mission of Gateway directly at your school.
What you will do:
- Marketing: assist in the development and implementation of marketing materials and social media content
- Outreach: contact individual students and facilitate speaking appearances at school clubs to motivate and encourage students to apply for Gateway opportunities
- Presentation: prepare and deliver presentations at relevant school clubs to share Gateway internship opportunities, product offerings, and student success tips
- Engagement: assist students in using Gateway products and answer any questions about Gateway
- Product testing: gain exclusive access to ****use and give feedback on our products in a detail-oriented, curious, honest, and insightful manner
- User feedback: listen to your community for customer trends and aid in user feedback and analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and improvements for a seamless and enjoyable user experience
- Collaboration: attend scheduled meetings with the Gateway team to provide user feedback, progress updates, and ideas to influence decision-making. Participate in the necessary training
