About the role

ClassHook is looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Media Intern to build a robust TikTok presence, report directly to the Founder/CEO, and provide creative ideas for ClassHook to establish online expertise.

This Digital Media internship will be the one for you if you are a highly motivated student who wants to gain valuable experience in the education and technology industry, work with an entrepreneurial team, and develop digital marketing skills!

What you will do

  1. TikTok Brand Strategy: develop and implement TikTok content strategies by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices, support the development of brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all TikTok branded materials
  2. Platform Content: schedule posts and create engaging content for TikTok to increase engagement, followers, and website traffic
  3. Social Media Analytics: monitor and track TikTok's weekly social media performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns
  4. Audience Support & Engagement: respond to post comments and direct messages from the audience
  5. Collaboration: participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas for brand initiatives and projects, and ensure social media initiatives align with the company’s overall objectives
